the bulk of the songs on this record were recorded at the beginning of the 2020 pandemic while in lockdown. The bulk of these songs were written almost one after the other a song a day for 10 days. These are the most honest songs I have ever written in my opinion. The album's title refers to my own personal symbols of depression/coping mechanisms. The album was recorded by me in my attic bedroom like always. I performed, produced, arranged, sequenced, and wrote these songs myself. The album was then sent over to Bradford Krieger at Big Nice Studios where it was masterfully mastered. Crying/Chicken and Beer is Patrick Higgins.
